I filled out all the information for the claim and submitted the proper documentation. I was informed that it was being reviewed, but a little worried it would be rejected. Fortunately I received notification that it was approved. I was very happy given the stress we went through on the trip.

Filing a claim was a bit harder than I expected. I still haven’t heard anything on my claim that was filed 3 days ago.

I was able to speak to a live representative when I experienced a health even just prior to departure and received clear and helpful guidance on the documentation requirements and claims process. Uploading the documentation into the claim system was straightforward and my claim was reviewed and paid in a timely manner.
