Many Generali customers appreciate the fast and easy online claims process, with many highlighting how quickly they receive reimbursement. However, some customers find the claims portal and the provider’s automated phone system difficult to navigate.
Claim was denied with no explanation and reason. Verbally suggested the issue was not trip interrupted. Clearly not the case! Also, have beer waiting over month for second part of claim of stolen items from recover luggage.
The experience was very professional we did not need to make a claim but glad to have it if needed.

I found GGA, with the help of a friend a year ago when I was advised to insure my trip and due to hurricane IAN fell through and my
insurance recovered all of my expenses and refunded me in full....
From that moment I knew that I will not take a chance and will ensure every trip I plan. All went well this time,
but there will more trips to come (soon) and I will ensure them with you!

I tried filing a claim recently but your system would not accept my claim. While in Paris on July 11, I was pickpocketed in a Viator retail store by two people stealing $300 from me in US cash, pounds and euros. I did not file a police report as by the time I realized it, I needed to leave to return to London.

It was relatively easy to file a claim and the response time to complete the claim and make payment was excellent.

I filed a claim on July 14th. As of today, July 27th, I do not have any updates as it relates to the status of my claim. It simply says "submitted", without any comments. I remain hopeful to have a positive reply soon...
