I had to involve the Squaremouth agent at several points but in the end I did get reimbursed at the level I had requested. Thank you Squaremouth for being a consumer advocate!

“Generali Global Assistance policy: PreferredGenerali is the worst company. they are frauds and do not in any way honor their requirements. We are filing charges against them with local and federal insurance commissioners.

There is no information on how to contact them other than through the claim website, and no one has responded.

We submitted the requested information and received reimbursement very quickly. We will be using General Global for all of our future insurance needs!
