    It’s difficult for me as I’m 80 years old and need help with gathering all the paperwork. Seems confusing for me.

    During my trip, I had a question about my policy. I called the 24 Hour Customer Service line from my hotel room in Istanbul. The person on the phone was helpful, and I received an answer right away.

    Customer service is very poor. After sales service is poor. Accepting the claim -online is very very very poor and very difficult.

    your customer service rep did a good job helping us get coverage. Fortunately we did not need to file a claim. The trip and travels went very well but it was good to know we were covered just in case something went wrong.

    So far, it has not gone well. It seems you can only make a claim when you have received your credit card bill for the expenses incurred. I am waiting to do that. If that is not the case, and I can use the hotel bill, I would start my claim immediately.

    I had a dental issue during my trip and contacted Generali Global Assistance. Due to the 4th of July holiday weekend, this has not been completely resolved, but should be soon. I will be making a claim. Thanks!
