Took forever to get paid. I supplied doctor note/form on original claim and IMG insisted doctor put info on their form. Doctors office charged $35, which IMG csr said should be reimbursed and then was told it would not be. I had to pay for same info as previous note. IMG short paid with no explanation and then they finally mail difference which was supposed to be ach. It was extremely disappointing.

All went well , we have used you since, and planned on using you in the future

I did not receive all the claim amount. It was close but my thoughts are the difference was due to the foreign exchange rate

I call SquareMouth to Purchase the best coverage possible for each upcoming out of country game trips. We have used therm for several years and have had only one claim that they processed quickly without any going back and forth trying to deny the claim. I will continue to use them for future travel and have recommended them to others travelers..

I contacted IMG with regards to filing a claim and was emailed the requisite forms. These forms were completed and forwarded to IMG along with supporting documentation by fax and registered mail This is 28 days ago and I have received no follow up.

Seem responsive so far; let’s see how long it takes to receive payment for the claim.
