We ended up spending the night at the airport, incurring no cost and so will not be filing a claim. The agent handling 24 hour service was very nice, very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation. I could not have asked for better help.

When I contacted your company upon return with an issue, your representative, Kyle Leichtman, was incredibly helpful. He even took it upon himself to check with a supervisor about something that I did not even ask about.
I told him that I was very impressed with the company compared to a lot of insurance companies who always try to avoid paying any claims. I/we ended up not needing to claim anything but appreciated Kyle and the company's willingness to help.
When I told my traveling partner about the response, his said "I guess we picked the right insurance company for our trip."
They have sent me forms to complete. I am waiting for my primary insurance to send a form so I can complete the paperwork.

Good coverage for a very fair price. My only concern was that I wanted coverage for most of the cost of my trip but was willing to be at risk for part of the cost. This was not really an option as the policy requires the full cost to be covered which obviously raises the premium.
They seem disorganized with their claims process and very slow to respond. I filed a claim 5/12/19. As of today they are still asking for more information and explanation when everything has already been provided and only after I email them asking for an update. Very frustrating! Who knows if/when I will get resolved/ and paid.
