Customers appreciate Seven Corners’ responsive customer service, especially when helping them select the right policy for their trip. Many travelers highlight the helpfulness and availability of the support team. However, some mention frustrations with the time-consuming paperwork and long wait times for reimbursement during the claims process.
The customer service person I spoke to was very helpful.
Smooth, complete and affordable.
Interacting with Square Mouth was excellent, copies of the policy were complete and provided in a a timely manner. I had problems contacting Customer Service while overseas which could have been related to phone coverage as I could not connect with a representative.

I might share a comment if you weren't going to put this on your website so you'd know why I appreciated my (very minor) experience with them but I have no interest in being part of your/their marketing campaign.
Ur rep who answered the phone was able to provide me with answers and she was very pleasant to talk with.
I purchased $4000 worth of trip insurance and paid a premium for “cancel for any reason.” When I purchased it I saw that it covered trip and any non refundable event tickets. My trip was $2300 for trip and $1534 for park tickets. I know Disney park tickets are non refundable so that is why I opted for 4K. When it came time to make a claims I received 75% of the trip cost only. They said I would’ve had to click some kind of button for park tickets which I never saw. Why would I pay for 4K if I wasn’t counting the tickets? So I paid over $200 and then paid $3800 for a trip. That’s over $4000 and received $1700 back. Quite a loss, don’t you agree? Not happy and I have had trip insurance before and did not have this problem. Same trip. I am sure to let all friends know that insurance companies are there to rip you off.
So far, we have been unsuccessful in filing a claim online. We have talked to customer representatives several times and have attempted to complete the claim but were repeatedly told there was missing information. So, now we are making copies of all documents and sending them via mail. We are hopeful that this is successful.

Seven Corners required the following information which was impossible for us to provide:
1. We sent Seven Corners the document signed by a French physician proving that my husband, was seen and examined by him. However, the doctor did not indicate a diagnosis. That is because it was impossible to determine. Because my husband was gradually improving by the time the doctor arrived (7 hours after onset of the troubling symptoms of fever and extreme weakness), the doctor cleared him to continue to travel. The reason the doctor was called was that Road Scholar, the company with which we were traveling, wanted to ensure my husband did not have an infectious disease (the tests for flu and COVID were negative) and that he would be able to continue to travel with the group. Nonetheless, Seven Corners insisted on a document, not only that he was seen, but indicating a reason for his illness. The doctor didn't know, so this was impossible to provide.
2. Seven Corners insisted on a travel itinerary from Road Scholar with flight schedules. When we asked for the information from Road Scholar, they told us that once a trip is completed, they do not retain such documents. Thus, we could not give Seven Corners the information.
Because we could not give Seven Corners the documents they required, we dropped the case. It would be fruitless to continue. We paid the $310.26 charged by the French physician out of our own pockets.
We concluded that the travel insurance is really only good for catastrophic occurrences that require hospitalization. We also have decided not to go with Seven Corners in the future.
Steven made the process very easy and clear. I am so glad we met and he helped me.
I felt safe knowing that I bought the right policy for oversees travel for my husband and I. Before purchasing the policy, I had questions .The representative that I spoke to was knowledgeable, personable, and offered excellent advice. I will always use this company for my travel needs in the future!
