Seven Corners Travel Insurance Reviews

Again, with Seven Corners, I did not make a claim. Oh so nice not using it.

However, I felt safe and protected (sounds wimpy - but true) that if something did happen I had assistance.

So, I'm staying with them!

Submitting claim was straight forward. I called once to clarify information that I missed and customer service was helpful. Awaiting status of my claim.

I love Seven Corners and have made several referrals to. friends. They are friendly, always answer the phone, great pricing, very flexible for changes, etc. I continue to purchase them, always, but like going through squaremouth for easy comparisons, and extra set of eyes/ears to answer questions, etc.

The claim process was a little cumbersome but not bad, and it was paid in full with no issues! The only real complication was that I had driven, not flown, to my destination, so I had to find an alternate way to prove that I really had made the journey. One other small issue was that there was initially a mistake in the way Canadian dollars were converted into US dollars when I was reimbursed, but when I alerted customer service to the mistake, they immediately corrected it. Overall I was very pleased with this coverage--it was low-hassle, reliable, and a great value for the cost! I was glad I had it. No complaints!

Will definitely use them again

Policy price/coverage very reasonable. Medical claim was easy to file with documents from hospital in Vietnam and full reimbursement came very quickly. Easy transaction.

So far, customer service has been very helpful getting me started with claim process and discussing my options with me. Will see how actual claim processing proceeds. Cancelled trip before departure due to severe illness of a family member for whom we are caregivers. That's why we buy insurance, so hoping Seven Corners continues to support their product.

I have benn very pleased with all aspects of Seven Corners insurance from start to finish. I was especially impressed with their live customer service. without doubt I will use them again.
