    We were delighted with the service and your company's professional performance. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and knowledgable with respect to the policy. If I could give you a 10 star rating, I would. I selected your company after searching a comparison of travel insurance policies on the internet. Your company stood out immediately and I am thrilled it did. I would definitely use your insurance company again and I will make a point of telling everyone I know about your company.     Had no problems with purchasing, and fortunately did not need to use it.
    Although our flight was delayed, the airlines covered the night's hotel and we were able to switch the days of our planned tour.

    Claim forms were easy to complete. Claim was settled within
    9 days from submission to payment. I liked everything about this policy including the price. I would recommend this policy to other travelers.

    When I called customer assistance with questions about filing a claim, the first person I spoke with gave me very inaccurate information and was rude. With persistence and repeated calls, I was able to speak with someone who knew what she was talking about. After this the claim went smoothly. Were it not for the first person, I would give the claim process 5 stars. I will purchase travel insurance from Tin Leg for my next trip

    TL has been very helpful most of the time.
    Being in the business of paying claims is not easy, I am sure, and there has to be checks and balances for fraud protection, but some of the paperwork requests were pretty onerous and very time consuming. We still have one request outstanding - months after submitting a claim because of the excessive (to my mind) paperwork requested.
