I needed rabies shots when I returned from my vacation because of exposure to bat urine (long story - adventure travel). I called the customer hotline and they emailed the claim forms. It took a while to get all the out of pocket expenses finalized but when I sent my claim to Tin Leg they turned it around quickly and without fuss, paying the claim in full. Full marks for customer service, product choice and price.
I had to cancel because of an accident on my bicycle. Paperwork was signed for 11/12/14 and acknowledged by e-mail 11/17/14. Payment is supposed to be within 3 weeks.

Although I filed a claim with complete paperwork (according to the rep I spoke to), I received no payment nor feedback for more than a month. When I called, they said they had received my paperwork and were waiting for information from the trip provider. I had sent this with the claim. Last talked to them more than a week ago, but nothing additional.
