During the trip I was told that my more than 6 hour delay would qualify for a $150 insurance payout. After the trip, I submitted all paperwork, including a follow up inquiry regarding additional expenses incurred due to the delay. There were no additional expenses. I have not heard from Tin Leg since and wonder if I should use them again.

I had an online chat with your representative a few weeks ago, during which I fully explained our claim and its receipts and photos supporting the claim. I have heard nothing since, and the claim was submitted almost your months ago. Will you please tell me what is being done to settle this?

Their representative was courteous and kind on the phone, but was unable to provide me any information as to what the coverage would be for canceled flights and delay. They just sent me a form to fill out, which I will be doing, Then I will have to wait for an answer. It would be more helpful if their representatives were able to walk the customers through the claims process and provide feedback as to exactly what is covered.
I cancelled the policy 2 days after purchase due to a family emergency and was unable to travel and cancelled the trip.
About two weeks before my intended departure, I needed to cancel my trip do to a severe health problem. I have filed a claim with Tin Leg providing the information they require and am awaiting their decision on my claim.
