Made the process easy and covered what I needed
Since my trip expenses developed over a number of months, I chose to only get insurance on the amount I had actually paid out. AT each increase in travel expenses paid, I upgraded as needed. This was an easy and quick process, with Tin Leg responding very quickly and doing exactly what I asked. Good experience. But glad I did not have a claim.

I am very dis satisfied with customer service who was not very helpful when I needed questions answered about what I will be reimbursed for since I used airline miles to book my trip and the cost to replace the miles supersedes my trip cost. It was like pulling teeth to get a simple answer and I had to elcalate the call to a supervisor. Customer service needs to be re-trained because they are incompetent. Based on the customer service I recevived after my return from a medical trip disrubtion, I would never recommend them based on my experience.
