Tin Leg has been pitiful at responding to my claims. I am very disappointed and may not use Squaremouth again.

I was very pleased with the price, service and ease. I will purchasing Twin Leg for my next trip. The claim process took only one call and was paid without hassle or delay.

The claim process is a bit frustration because I sent the receipt of purchases and was asked to include the date of purchases which is on the receipt. More work!

While on a cruise my wife hurt her knee and went to the ship's doctor. He did not charge for the visit but told her to go to the ER when we arrived in Venice. She did that and saw a doctor who gave her some prescription pain medication and charged her 25 euros for the visit. She filled the prescription in Verona. We have a claim form and the receipts. I thought it was a good policy but thankfully we did not really need it.

My experience purchasing my policy went smoothly, I really had no further contact. I had no clam and no travel problems. Yes, I would recommend this policy.

Agent was knowledgeable, helpful and made it easy to purchase travel insurance and the price was so much better than what was offered by the cruise company.

on the 9th day of our cruise I awoke to a roar over head as I watched in shock a Spanish military Helicopter hovering over our side of the ship removing a person in "trouble"! I found out it was a 1,200 mile round trip from the Azor Islands for that patient in need......My wife and I were so thankful we had purchased our policy in the event we might have had a problems! Thanks for your policy we felt secure while travelling.

Have used it before , it is easy to get and at a better rate then other places!

Good experience. But I had no claim to file. The real test is IF you have a claim.
