Your representatives were very helpful and courteous. I really expected a lot of trouble but my experience with square mouth was very pleasant. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Although I did not need to use the insurance, it was nice knowing that if we did need to cancel our trip we would be able to get our money back. The process was easy to follow and the price was reasonable compared to other vendors.

Frustrated. Why does it take four more weeks to review my claim? You have had it for four weeks already.

I was sent a letter requesting additional information which I sent immediately. Apparently you lost it but never called again for this information. When I called to find out the delay in my claim I was told about the letter and lack of information.

I resent it via email but have not heard back.

This is the first time I have had to make a claim for cancelling a trip and I admit I was a bit nervous. Everything the policy said would pay was paid. The claim was completed and filed on-line and the check arrived back to me in less than two weeks. I was very impressed by the lack of red-tape and the responsiveness of the organization. I highly recommend Square Mouth and Tin Leg.
