The customer service was extremely helpful and patient with me. I will definitely use Tin Leg again.
I actually bought the policy, but the start date came out almost a month earlier than my actual trip. I called, and the representative immediately credited me and helped me repurchase with the correct dates. The whole thing was resolved within 24 hours. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with—something I don’t usually experience with insurance companies. We also had plenty of options, and although we had a 24-hour cancellation window, her friendliness and professionalism made me feel confident in keeping the policy.
We purchased the Gold Policy.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our cruise shortly before our departure date.
Our claim team has been very helpful. As I submitted the required documentation, they responded within a day as to whether or not it was acceptable, and what else was still needed.
I am now awaiting their determination as they review my completed claim.

Tin Leg was in constant contact with me during my claim process.
They clearly explained what information and documents were necessary, along the way, to fulfill my claim.
Although it took some time to submit the particular documentation, when all was in order, my claim was reviewed, and eventually approved.
I received my payment in a timely manner.
I would use Tin Leg again in
the future for their travel insurance.

Easy to compare policies except I wish there was like a search based on my past purchases - or perhaps a way to save my preferences (like Primary medical, 100k evacuation etc) for the search so I don’t have to do each time. “Use your preferences” option for the search and I could uncheck or change whatever in the filters, but it would default to my usual preference.

Using Tin Leg gave me peace of mind for a small against large loss. I thankfully did not need to ise it. I had a slight issue to correct before my trip and they quickly and easily corrected it. I would use it again.
We've now traveled twice with a Tin Leg policy. Fortunately, we have not had to file any claims, but we have been favorably impressed with the helpfulness of your customer service agents and with the price for the coverage promised.
After submitting my claim and all required documentation I was repeatedly asked for additional documentation. The issue is that I already had submitted: so I had to submit the same document over and over again.
Very Frustrating.
I do not expect to purchase this insurance again.
