I have never purchased trip insurance before but it was required by the country I was traveling to for an overseas conference. I was very pleased with the competitive pricing of Tin Leg, the easy-to-understand explanation of what I was paying for, and their user-friendly website. As my trip got closer it was conveyed that I would need separate and specific coverage against potential coronavirus expenses. When I contacted Tin Leg to inquire how to add this to my current plan they not only were quick to respond but also advised me that this was already included in my plan.

Needed to file a claim. They were very responsive and communicated well. The whole process was very fast and I had an email saying that the check was on it's way, which I received 3 days later. Very good customer service!
