Purchasing a travel insurance policy from Tin Leg was simple and straightforward. Th customer service individual that I spoke to was very helpful and answered my questions fully in a professional manner. I was very pleased with the help provided.

Happy we insured our trip given the terrorism in Israel which occurred approximately 2 weeks before we were to depart.

My experience with tin leg thus far has been very positive. , my trip was canceled because of the unrest in Israel at this time. therefore I have filed a claim. The claim was very convenient but it's not complete at this time. .

As soon as my Israel trip was canceled by my tour guides, I called tin leg and was instructed on what documents I need. I still need to file a claim. I am waiting for final documentation from my tour guides.

Will purchase again for future travel.

No problems with recent trip! Did not use the Travel insurance but was necessary to have for a cruise.

Agents were knowledgeable and helpful. I added on to my policy before departure as I changed plans and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Tin Leg ignored and misinterpreted evidence in physician statement submitted with claim and certain information in our claim regarding the capability of an insured to travel at time of purchasing policy. Tin Leg refused to waive the pre-existing medical condition exclusion and in reliance on an alleged pre-existing condition, denied the claim. Tin Leg also did not process the claim in a timely manner and was not very helpful in describing our options to appeal following the denial of our claim.Would not purchase a travel insurance policy from Tin Leg in future. Very dissatisfied!
