Very easy and straight forward. They helped simplify a confusing process!

I used Ten Leg to purchase insurance to cover our once-in-a-lifetime vacation celebrating our retirement. The policy gave us peace of mind before and during our trip. Before our trip, we made some changes and Ten Leg made it easy to update our coverage to cover those changes. We did not need to file a claim, for which I am thankful, but it was reassuring to know we were covered for the unexpected.

Waiting for Tin Leg claim interview end of this week.

It's to be determined concerning my overall experience because I still have to wait for a call back to go over my claim. Still a little concerned.

We have now used Tin Leg for 3 international trips. We have received excellent customer service, and thankfully we have had no issues that required us to file claims.

It would be most helpful if you could explain that adding additional air and hotel purchases will be covered as well after the initial purchase of trip insurance.

Coverage is very clear cut and is adjustable based on needs.
