Tin Leg was able to transfer my insurance from my previously booked trip in July (which was subsequently canceled due to Covid-19) to my replacement trip in September. I am very grateful they were able to accommodate the change.
My experience purchasing the travel insurance was good, I will purchase again in my next trip.

It took 4 phone calls to get one question answered. Completely frustrating. Your people are trained not to think independently. I am grateful that I did not need to make a claim. Our medical isure was resolved without havig to cut our trip short. But, I will never buy another policy from this company. Companies are only as good as their ability to help solve a problem.

I interacted twice with Tin Leg's customer service. The first time was to correct the start date of our trip and the second was to ask some specific questions regarding the possible cancellation of the trip. Both calls were answered very promptly and the Customer Service representatives were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Our trip was not cancelled, we had a great time and did not need to file a claim. We were happy, however, to have the trip insurance "just in case".
This whole covid thing was a mess, had to cancel my trip. But you were easy to deal with and I thank you so much for that!
You made it easy to delay my policy to the following year.
