    Tin Leg was very accommodating when we switched our trip from 2020 to 2021. The only reason we contacted them again before our departure was because we shortened the number of travel days. We wanted to be sure everything matched. The call took about 5 minutes and an updated policy was e-mailed immediately. We have used Tin Leg for many trips and they always deliver great service.

    Our original cruise/trip scheduled for us to leave 4/28/21 was cancelled. We have an identical replacement cruise scheduled for next year about the same time and you transferred the insurance at the same cost for the cancelled cruise to the one we will be taking in 2022.
    Therefore, we do not need any reimbursement, we will be using your insurance for our rescheduled trip.
    Thank you for switching the dates on our already purchased trip insurance!

    Tinleg was super easy to work with given the policy was purchased before the pandemic and we had to change plans at least three times even when I forgot to update the dates they took care of everything for me. Super happy with the service

    I have purchased trip insurance a number of times. Never had an issue nor a claim... until this time. I could not take my trip due to personal reasons which covered by my policy. Very glad I had insurance and Tin Leg was easy to deal with and quickly processed my claim without any unreasonable hassles. Thus my 5 stars. Will buy again for future trips.
