NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH TIN LEG SUPPORT OR PERSONNEL!!!

We never dreamed we would use our medical insurance on a vacation, but always knew it was wise to have it. Tin Leg provided a great policy, and the paid right up on our claim. We've booked another trip, and Tin Leg is our insurer for it.
The customer service person was very helpful and was able to point me to the best coverage for our trip.
Hard to say, since I thankfully didn’t have to use it…but the purchase process is pretty straightforward and well defined
Best customer support.
The agent I spoke with provided a comprehensive overview of the process, took any necessary information from me and let me know how and when the company would be following up. It made the process of filing a claim much more simple, at least so far. I am still in the early stages of my claim with them, but it's been a positive experience so far.
I had to explain twice I only had screen shots of my What’s App conversation with the delivery driver to use as confirmation of the actual delivery because we were gone on a tour when the bag was finally delivered to our hotel and the hotel did not request a receipt or anything as as delivery proof. They finally accepted these as delivery confirmation and paid the claim for baggage delay.
Our trip was rescheduled and we had no problem with changing the dates for insurance.
Provider did not go based on their policy wording but twisted my words in order to deny my claim.
I got covid during my cruise and was treated by the doctor on the ship. Sent in all the information and the bill from the cruise ship doctor, waiting to see how long it will take you to pay and how good the claims process is.
