My first and my last
Easy to navigate the site. Have used this company before and filed a claim. All went very well. This time only spoke to customer service for clarification.
Easy to understand and choose among available policies, which were as easy to understand as is possible for an insurance product. Questions to customer service representatives answered quickly and clearly. When needed, individualized advice was forthcoming. All in all, affordable coverage, with opportunity to revise the amount of coverage as elements were added to our trip. No problems on our trip, so no claim is contemplated. We bought, in effect, peace of mind.

One group at tin leg told me medivacs were covered for each emergency, another said no, not after 7 days. Very upsetting.
I find that Tin Leg, as offered through the Square Mouth system, permits me to choose among many companies, variable coverages and prices and I have found that Tin Leg has provided the best coverage and policy conditions that I want at the best price through the Square Mouth. Though I have not needed it, the fact that coverage bought through Square Mouth also means that the will assist if there are problems with the insurance company processing or paying of claims. In looking for coverage I wanted trip cancellation, emergency extraction if needed for me and my wife, medical costs coverage and return flight cost coverage, all for high limits. I have obtained that coverage with Tin Leg at the lowest cost of all company offerings for the last three major annual travel experiences. On two of those prior occasions I needed medical services and one included a claim for partial trip cancellation. Everything needed was well and relatively easily claimed and paid or reimbursed by Tin Leg.
No problems in buying the insurance.
Filing a claim, however, is a ridiculous process of making an appointment for a telephone interview to be ten days hence and then having to submit documentation after the interview. HOW RIDICULOUS.
I once had a claim with a non Berkshire company and they told me what to and where to submit; no muss, no fuss.
