Excellent service. They set up telephone appointment to discuss claim immediately after contacting them by email my intent to file a claim. I spent 30 minutes to complete and return the documentations and forms needed.
I expect my Claim to be completed in the next 10 business days.

Professional and prompt no problems with the process
The rep that I dealt with on my trip did not tell me my medical diagnosis and treatment had to be done while on my trip. I felt good enough to travel and planned on seeking a second opinion when I got home. However that is not covered and that was not explained to me.

The claim was handled well but the Dr. that I was sent to should have done an MRI because he said I had a bad sprain in my elbow but in reality it was a severe tear in the bicep tendon which I now have to have surgery on. Also the claims person should have told me that if I felt that I should get a better opinion or more care that needed to be done while on the trip.
