I realized my error in the dates I needed coverage when I was reviewing the policy. I contacted them right away and got the problem fixed without delay. Have used Tin Leg in the past and my experience has always been good.

I have failed a claim and up to this point I am pleased with the assistance I have gotten from Cherie C. in navigating the process.

We have used Squaremouth for several years to find top rated travel insurance at a good price. The search has always been easy and the prices very reasonable. This is the first time we have made a claim and while it is not completely settled, Tin Leg has made the process simple and has already made a partial settlement for the Trip Interruption portion of our claim. The remaining claim is for Medical Expenses and we are waiting for my primary insurer to settle so that Tin Leg can pick up any remaining expenses. All in all, a very good experience.

The entire process was easy, start to finish. I did my homework upfront, so was already convinced that Tin Leg's coverage was best for my needs and the best buy for us.
