    For a small $200 claim, I have submitted over 20 documents. They need more. And every time it’s a different set of documents. It feels more like a scam really. I finally got fed up and said I won’t be providing any more documents. I suppose that must have made them happy.

    Nice to know it was there if we needed it. The customer service rep helped me decide which policy to get. She was very professional, helpful and nice.
    We just purchased medical coverage in case we had an accident or injury on our trip, as our credit card had travel benefits in case we needed them. We did catch head colds, but nothing serious enough to delay us or stop us from doing anything. Therefore, no claim needed. Plan to use them again in the future.

    Always top level service purchasing online policies thru Tin Leg. And in communications with customer service when I’ve had to reach out with destinations update related to my cruises. Will continue to utilize Tin Leg for all of my future cruise travel policies!.

    I needed to change the destination and date due to Middle East issues. Normally, a change is granted right away. It took several days this time due to the work load of the people responsible. As with many travel associated companies the Middle East has caused havoc with cancellations, changes, etc. I think and hope it was a one time occurrence.

    I have used this company several times for travel. Easy to compare different policies on line and apply for coverage online. Very happy after purchasing a policy we are sent a detailed explanation of benefits of policy and contact numbers. Happy to report have never had to file a claim.

    Longtime customer It was necessary for me to cancel trip. When I contacted you for a refund I was told that was not possible.

    I was very disappointed when I received this news. The policy was a small amt of money . I would of settled for a refund or credit.

    Perhaps you can help me out.?

Because the trip date has already passed and you are outside the standard money-back guarantee period, we are unable to process a refund or credit at this stage.

    I felt that the claim was handled pretty well. Initially, I uploaded documents that were requested twice more however in the end the claim was approved. I was suspicious that it might be a fight for reimbursement however after uploading the documents a few times it was resolved. I've never purchased medical insurance for a trip and was very grateful that I did as the cost for one urgent care visit was over $400. I'll use Tin Leg again for the assurance now that they've established that they are the real deal and will honor a legitimate medical claim.
