Tin Leg's response time is pretty fast. I had to file my medical claim with my primary insurance first. Once I received the "Explanation of Benefits" from them, Tin Leg reimbursed the difference within a week.

Tin Leg answered all my questions ahead of time. It was very reassuring to travel European countries knowing we would not have huge medical bills in the event of an emergency. I viewed it like car insurance- it's there if we need it. I highly recommend Tin Leg.
