I was very much impressed on how responsive and efficient Tin Leg was processing my claim. The process was much easier than I have ever imagined. Everything done online, simple forms, one quick interview, upload medical report and itinerary. I was informed continuously along the way with automated emails when documents were received. At every given time I knew what to expect. They told me it could take up to 3 weeks to process my claim. They actually did it within 48 hours. Tin Leg has a new customer from now on and I will recommend it highly to friends and family.
Falck's customer representatives were cordial and immediately responsive. I want to point out the Patrica Bell was especially helpful and caring. During our trip, I emailed to Patricia many documents and photos documenting my wife's accident and fractured left heal. When returning to Los Angeles, I wrote up a time line and cost breakdown and sent it to Patrica so she could forward it to Tin Leg's claims adjuster. Most, if not all information he/she might need for the interview is described in my extensive notes. Consequently, I called Tin Leg's claims office to notify whoever is handling my claim, to review my documents before he/she calls me this coming Monday. I was not allowed vary from step by step protocol. I was not allowed to talk to anyone other than the woman who answered the phone. I hope my claims representative reviews all the submitted documents and emails before the interview. I'll find out if that happened Monday.

All of your customer service representatives were helpful and reassuring, especially while we were still in Europe and needed help the most. We were so impressed, we bought another Tin Leg policy for our next five-week trip in January. This will be our third policy with Tin Leg. The first we didn't need and we hope that situation will be the same for the next vacation coming up. Travel insurance is an added expense, and not cheap. But when you need it, and everything is covered, you're glad you bought it.
I have my interview on the 10th September.
Beware when you choose “primary” vs “secondary” insurance! Tinleg will not pay me until I send them Aetna’s letter! Beware!
My trip was cancelled by Viking, when I contacted you I was told that if I took a trip,in next 12months my payment would be transferred to that trip. Hurrah I thought that was how you keep customers coming back and get us to recommend them to other travelers
