Basically the whole process went smoothly and after they had received and reviewed the physicians letter the check arrived within 2 weeks.
It was easy to change my policy coverage after I discovered my mistake.
I' became sick suddenly the day before our return home and did not think I would be able to get on the plane as scheduled. My husband contacted you for assistance and was in ongoing communication over options to assist with our departure. Thankfully, I recovered sufficiently to go to the airport and board my flight home. However, it was very helpful to have the support from you when it was needed. I would not hesitate to purchase your insurance on the future. Many Thanks

Research on line was very easy as was deciding on coverage that fit my needs. I accidentally put in the wrong date for the end of coverage and their customer service fixed in and resent a corrected confirmation very quickly. Pleasant person was helpful and very quick. Will use them again for my next trip that requires insurance.
We extended our trip by 2 weeks. We contacted Tin Leg inquiring whether we could extend our coverage for the two weeks or purchase another policy for the two weeks. We were not concerned about covering additional expenses, but making sure that we had medical coverage. We expected to pay an increased premium for the increased coverage. Tin Leg extended our coverage for the additional two weeks at no additional cost. We did not encounter any problems and did not need to make a claim, but we did gain the piece of mind knowing that we had the additional coverage in case we needed it.
We have purchased travel insurance from Tin Leg (through SquareMouth) for our bicycling trip in August 2018 and would recommend Tin Leg to others. We have recommended Square Mouth to many fellow travelers.
I had no problems dealing with Tin Leg. I was able to change the dates of my trip after I had purchased the policy. I was happy about that, and my dealings with customer service were satisfactory. Since I did not need to file a claim, I really have no idea how Tin Leg would have handled the claim.
The price is reasonable and I appreciate that Tin Leg is the primary medical coverer.
Have always purchased travel insurance but never used it tell this trip. The claims process was easy and they fully reimbursed us for our medical claim. Will be using again for all future trips.

So far it hasn't been the best travel insurance experience. I think I will be filing a claim as I was stranded for a day due to weather and had to stay an extra night, get a different flight, etc. I'm still waiting for my travel planner to provide the cost of that extra airfare. During my issue, I called the assistance line and got what I would describe as a semi-helpful response. I did not feel secure that they were on it. And this was after I called the number on my insurance card which said "no longer a working number." Once I was able to get online (no easy task as I was in a remote location with very limited internet access), I at least connected.
I'd prefer to withhold public comment until I see what the claims experience is like. Another issue is that, apparently, the main office is in Florida and due to the hurricanes, they have been experiencing their own challenges.
