Initially I estimated my trip to be more expensive than it turned out to be. Your customer service helped me quickly and efficiently with a refund
It was Great
Staff was very informative and helpful. I purchased a plan for our sense of security while traveling out of the country. Thank you
Ridiculous. Claim should be paid if flight delayed period. Not only what my expenses are for flight delay! Should work like life insurance. You list coverage. Issue happens then paid to extent of coverage.
My girlfriend and I both got sick on a 15 day cruise through the Panama Canal. My girlfriend spent several hours in the ships infirmary which in addition to the exorbitant price they charge for medications and procedures created a bill in the thousands of dollars. We got very detailed and complete documentation from the ships medical center and filed a claim shortly after returning home. It was very easy and straight forward to start and complete the claim process. Within 6 days of us filing the claim we have received notice that it has been approved and the reimbursement for the total amount is on the way. I could not be happier with the process and outcome of this unfortunate event. Anytime in the future that I need travel insurance, if it is available, I will purchase Tin Leg Insurance.
I wanted to start my claim while still onboard my cruise in case additional information was needed. It would have been easier to get while on the cruise. Hopefully, what the concierge sent to you is adequate and this claim will be easily completed and I will be reimbursed asap.

It was a little difficult to provide PDF files for everything and I ended up having to send my credit card statement WITH my account number (which I wasn't happy about). I was mostly pleased other than this technical issue.
Fortunately I did not have to use the insurance. But it was good to know it is available if needed, both internationally and domestically. The largest cost of the policies id for coverage of the trip itself, not the medical coverage and transportation.
If you only need the medical and transportation portion then the cost is no more than a good meal. I'll always get this as a minimum...

It was easy to get insurance and it was a good value!
In the coverage part of the policy it states that meals and local travel are not covered. I didn't even check that because with a travel interruption those are the first costs incurred. Having used travel insurance before for this very thing I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that.
Never took trip!!!
