The staff was great is knowledgeable
Due to medical and personal issues, I had to change the date of my trip twice. Each time, the customer service agents made it easy and seamless to move my coverage to the new dates. I filed my claim on 11/20/25 and it still hasn’t been paid as of today (12/30/25). I also had to submit the same information twice. Communication is lacking.

The entire experience with purchasing the travel insurance to filing a claim to receiving the claim amount was seamless. I had a question prior to traveling. I spoke to a representative. She was not very helpful. She just read from a script and told me to read the policy. I would have preferred speaking with someone who would answer my specific question.
