I purchased a Tin Leg travel insurance policy for peace of mind, hoping that my husband or I would never need to file a claim. Unfortunately, my husband slipped and broke his ankle prior to our trip, which forced us to cancel our travel plans.
We submitted a claim, and Ms. Erin Sparkman from the Tin Leg Claims Team provided exceptional assistance throughout the process. As a first-time claimant, I felt uncertain and anxious after reading various negative reviews online. However, Ms. Sparkman patiently guided us step by step, clearly explaining what documents were required, including how to obtain medical records and proof of trip expenses.
After we submitted all the required information, our claim was approved.

In the process of submitting a claim. As a non rev traveler I do not have my outbound flight documentation but have provided all hotel receipts and return flight confirmation. I am awaiting reply and curious if this goes through. My coworkers and I travel extensively and this is my first time using this company, I have never filed a claim for n the last ten years.
