    Tin Leg policy: Cruise

    Due to medical and personal issues, I had to change the date of my trip twice. Each time, the customer service agents made it easy and seamless to move my coverage to the new dates. I really appreciated their knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had the coverage I needed while out of the country. Definitely my travel insurance company moving forward!

    I filed my claim on 11/20/25 and it still hasn’t been paid as of today (12/30/25). I also had to submit the same information twice. Communication is lacking.

    I had to submit my claim documentation twice, but the claim was eventually paid in full.

    The entire experience with purchasing the travel insurance to filing a claim to receiving the claim amount was seamless. The response from their 24 hour assistance was immediate, the information needed was clear, and the website to upload that information was easy. I am a repeat customer and will return for my future travels.

    My flight was delayed and I had to stay overnight in a hotel.
    I emailed a claim and they acknowledged it on the 21st of dec and I have not heard anything since..

    I had a question prior to traveling. I spoke to a representative. She was not very helpful. She just read from a script and told me to read the policy. I would have preferred speaking with someone who would answer my specific question.

    I rated 1 star because the questions did not apply to me.
