It was easy to compare policies and details in order to determine which one to purchase.
My travel dates had to change because my leave from work changed. I contacted customer service to request an update on this matter, and they made the change without requesting any additional payment. The next day, my new policy was in my email inbox.

Adding some additional planned expenses to our intial coverage (several hundred dollars more) was prohibiitively expensive. So we did not cover that.

The nature and extent of documentation in support of my claim is clearly boiler plate, and apparently was given no thought as to what actually should be provided to support my claim.

The person I spoke with was very polite and efficient. I had an excellent experience. She really seems to know her product. She told me that with a pre-existing condition, I have to purchase insurance within 15 days of buying the trip.

We had to cancel our trip entirely because my husband got very sick post surgery and are still working on getting the documents to Tin Lleg - which seem to be confusing at best. Every time I send info - I get an email saying they need more info! Really working hard on this as we've lost a lot of money.
Bought the insurance.. never used it.. have no idea if it was good or bad
