For a small $200 claim, I have submitted over 20 documents. They need more. And every time it’s a different set of documents. It feels more like a scam really. I finally got fed up and said I won’t be providing any more documents. I suppose that must have made them happy.

Nice to know it was there if we needed it. The customer service rep helped me decide which policy to get. She was very professional, helpful and nice.
We just purchased medical coverage in case we had an accident or injury on our trip, as our credit card had travel benefits in case we needed them. We did catch head colds, but nothing serious enough to delay us or stop us from doing anything. Therefore, no claim needed. Plan to use them again in the future.

I needed to change the destination and date due to Middle East issues. Normally, a change is granted right away. It took several days this time due to the work load of the people responsible. As with many travel associated companies the Middle East has caused havoc with cancellations, changes, etc. I think and hope it was a one time occurrence.
