It took weeks of going back and forth with your representatives, especially with my signature that never seemed to take and I had to keep redoing. Documents and requested changes in the report that I had sent weren't accounted for or corrected on your side. Every time I went into my claim to correct the dates and money, it never saved. I had numerous phone calls and emails back and forth. I asked to be reimbursed for 1/3 of a day of the tour and Tin Leg said I had to ask for more based on their formula which I couldn't do in good conscious do. So in the end it all worked out, but it was a tremendous amount of effort and I think waste of time on your side and on mine. I would use you again and pray I will never have to make a claim again, or that the claim process goes better. Thank you

We were unable to take our trip. My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer quite out of the blue and although, initially, we were going ahead with the trip, since treatment could be arranged around it, his pain began to escalate and we decided to cancel. We managed to get our flights, car rental and hotel reservations refunded but the cottage rental in Cornwall charged the full amount as per their cancellation policy. I am in the process of claiming for that amount.
We have purchased multiple policies from Tinleg in the past. But, we never filed a claim.
This time we are filing a claim for flight delay and missed connections.
The process of starting the claim is complicated and frustrating. Furthermore, some of the documents required are impossible to get. The airlines don't offer much assistance making it even more difficult to present documents. Seems like Tinleg makes it so difficult so to discourage clients from fulfilling claims.
