Took a ton of time questions asked and answered over and over. Some even being able to be answered with a simple online Google search for airline policy.
I cancelled a trip in 2023 and was able to easily move the insurance to a similar trip (same cost structure) for 2024. Staff I spoke to both when cancelling and when rescheduling were super helpful and efficient. Glad I didn't need to interact for a claim, but would expect the same level of service.
Wow, wow, very professional. I can’t say enough good things. They requested all the pertinent paperwork and notified us within 10 days that our claim was approved. We will use Squaremouth and Tinleg for all our future travel needs.

Purchasing insurance through Tin Leg was easy and straightforward. The documents and descriptions of coverages were also straightforward and simple to read. I used customer service once to ask a question, and the answer was provided quickly and succinctly. Our trip was great and we did not have to file any claims, but having the coverage provided significant peace of mind.

It was easy to navigate and decide what policy to buy. We had to add more value to our policy as plans for our trip grew, and that was easy to do.

I had a policy that was canceled for any reason. I paid $1000 for the policy and I was only asking for 1700 in return because that is how much of my trip was nonrefundable at that point. I had only paid the deposit. That is after the 80% maximum that you will refund. It took months to get resolved just asking for one piece of information or one question after a week, then asking for another one, etc. So it did get resolved eventually and I’m happy with the outcome. But it really seemed to take forever and it would’ve been really easy to miss some of the emails .
