My claim takes longer than expected and at the end the amount of claim they approved is like slap in the face and i regret
of buying the policy and I will never recommend to anybody. Even though up to now I havent even received their tiny insult check up to now

I contacted your claims office upon my return from my trip to learn if and how to file a claim as I had gotten ill on the final portion (onboard ship) of my trip. Your staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind and I have now very easily completed the paperwork required and submitted it to your office. I am now awaiting the results.

I had patellar tendonitis occur while traveling and it was so painful that I had to visit a clinic for diagnosis and recommended treatment. Upon returning from my trip I submitted a small claim for reimbursement of my expenses. My claim was reviewed and paid within one week. I am having a bear of time getting my claim through. I purchased 7 legs of flights in Europe for this summer. My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer before the trip and could not join us due to treatment (chemotherapy and radiation). I have sent 38 pages of documentation through the doctor's office. I purchased the flights together and so I had to call and cancel each leg for just my husband. I have documentation of the cancelations. Travelex wants the original receipt / credit charge of each ticket. That does not exist and I have told and written that to them. The price of what I need covered is divided by four - 1/4 the price since 1 of 4 people did not travel due to illness. Please help.

I had to cancel the trip the day before it was to leave. I haven't filed a claim yet, but so far they have been helpful.
