Travelex our particular plan “Travelmax” in between the time we purchased it and start of trip so that we had to go back to Squaremouth to confirm we had plan and print out card.

Was informative and got the job done.

While on vacation, we received a phone call from home that our water heater was leaking and that three rooms in our house were flooded. We immediately flew home to begin repairs/restoration. We filed a claim for just the airfare home (approx. $400.00) as our trip had been interrupted. We were advised that we were covered for flood due only to a natural disaster, not a broken water heater.

When we contacted the company they gave us an 800 number to call and file a claim while we were traveling. We left a voicemail and it was never returned. We have since called back the company and are in the process of filing a claim.

Easy sign-up and customer service answered my questions. Great experience for a reasonable price.

Made a typing error n spelling name. Called for assistance. The Customer Service Representative was quick and friendly and corrected the spelling error on line. I also received a followup email acknowledging the change.

Had a claim due to baggage loss/theft during recent cruise. Travelex was very easy to work with and what we needed to submit to support our claim. Received full reimbursement for loss within 10 days! Usually I don't pay too much attention to the ratings on Squaremouth, and try to buy insurance that has decent ratings. I will make sure to look out for Travelex in the future as the service and reliability will be worth it even if I have to spend a bit more for their product.
