    Made a typing error n spelling name. Called for assistance. The Customer Service Representative was quick and friendly and corrected the spelling error on line. I also received a followup email acknowledging the change.

    Had a claim due to baggage loss/theft during recent cruise. Travelex was very easy to work with and what we needed to submit to support our claim. Received full reimbursement for loss within 10 days! Usually I don't pay too much attention to the ratings on Squaremouth, and try to buy insurance that has decent ratings. I will make sure to look out for Travelex in the future as the service and reliability will be worth it even if I have to spend a bit more for their product.

    My experience was limited to securing the policy online, as thankfully. my trip was without incidents that needed policy action. That initial part was easy, clear, helpful and thorough. Insurance is highly regulated and to confirm coverage, completed claim forms and documentation are an important part of the claim process to validate coverage, as it relates to the specific conditions, as listed in the Travel Max plan purchased.

    I have contacted the Claims Administrator on your behalf and have been advised the additional documentation (proof of payment, cancellation penalties, and tickets) that they requested on August 3, 2017, to date, has not been received by our claims department. Once the requested information has been received the Claims Administrator will continue the review of your claim.

    We filed a claim for expenses relating to a weather-related flight delay and a forced overnight hotel stay. The claim was processed quickly; we received a check for the entire amount claimed. Would purchase this insurance again.
