I have contacted the Claims Administrator on your behalf and can advise that your claim forms were mailed on November 22, 2016, to the address on file. Please keep in mind the United States Postal Service can sometimes take 7-10 business days. Per your request on November 28, the claim forms were also emailed to you.

To date the completed claim forms have not been received by our claims department.

Travelex makes every effort to review all concerns from our clients and hope this response provides clarification.
