quick way to buy medical travel insurance at a competitive price

From purchasing our insurance to processing our claim, Travelex personnel were courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be using Travelex insurance for all future trips.

With aging parents, it seems vital to have travel insurance when we go out of the country. On top of that, our trip began on February 28! Everything went smoothly, but we were glad to know we were covered in case it did not!

I will fill out the 4 pages of paperwork and file the claim in the next week.

The application process and the claim filing process was completed in a timely manner. I will use this insurance on my future travels and would definitely recommend Travelex insurance to other travelers.

I followed the advice of bloggers who filed claims and strongly recommended that the entire policy be read to avoid misunderstanding and non-payment of claims. I called Travelex to clarify some of the wording in the rental car coverage. Travelex personnel were polite and explained the terms of coverage. After some consideration I chose to go with a different insurance company as the coverage was similar and less expensive. I always use Squaremouth when I travel out of the USA. Be sure to read the policy carefully so you understand what coverage you have purchased, how and when to contact the company and how to file a claim.

Took some effort to figure out with whom I should be dealing (however I was in a hospital almost 10,000 miles from home and well drugged) but once the ball was started they made it happen

My experience with Travelex I would rate as poor. However, dealing with Squaremouth Zero Complaint Dept was excellent.
They were able to get the claim processed with Travelex without their help who knows.
