No incidents. No claims. No problem.

My only difficulty was in getting a copy of the policy. Apparently most customers are satisfied with summaries or a certificate. I am not and had some difficulty making my request understood. All in all however I believe the coverage and terms are good and I have/will recommend your firm.

Overall quite satisfied with SquareMouth and TravelEX. Multiple problems due to airline cancellations upon return to Chicago O'Hare Intl likely due to FAA Air Traffic Control Center fire of 2 weeks ago. Smaller, regional carriers impacted on short notice resulting in multiple flight cancellations, extended delays, having to obtain alternate ground transport, etc. Collecting data at this time and have telephonically advised insuror of pending claim.

I called because our flight was cancelled out of Italy due to the Air France strike and I was unable to get in contact with our airline. The customer service rep was so helpful and put us in touch and started a claim but we never had to pursue it because the airline rebooked us on a different flight on the same day at no charge to us. Thank you :)

The policy met our needs for trip insurance coverage. I would recommended that others evaluate this policy as a good option to consider among other options.

The filing of the claim was prompt, straightforward, and all my questions were answered. Our trip had been cancelled due to pre-existing illness and we received 100% of our pre-paid costs reimbursed within several weeks. No complaints.

I am still waiting for final closure of my claim, and it seems to be delayed. My adjuster has not responded to my latest email regarding the reimbursement that hasn't arrived yet.

It was necessary to cancel our European cruise and extended land trip due to my husband developing a medical condition on the day of departure. Full payment of our claim was received by us within three weeks of its receipt by Stonebridge Casualty, Underwriters for Travel Max. Any questions I had during the filing process were answered promptly. No questions or clarifications were asked of us during the approval process. We were very pleased with the timely response and full payment received. We will most definitely insure our future travels with Travel Max/Stonebridge Casualty and would recommend the company to others.

My experiences with both Squaremouth and Travelex were excellent. Squaremouth's website and customer service allowed the purchase of our policy to be completed with ease. When changing our coverage dates, we worked directly with Travelex. Their customer service was friendly, quick, and very professional. I would highly recommend both services.
