Nothing here to rate. I received my paperwork and never heard from the provider again

I only used online services and made no claim so cannot possibly review the performance of the company and it's product. The most important proof is always in the way a claim is handled so I'm unable to make any judgment.

There was no interaction because there was no claim. Nothing to evaluate

I did not use your services during or after the trip so I am unable to rate them.

we did not have to make a claim, as our trip went fairly well. We did, however, feel confident that anything that did not work out would be ok. There was one very late flight that made us almost unable to make our connection home. I was able to relax, and calm my children about the possibility, because I knew we were covered for any expenses that arose from being too late because of our airline. Also, at one point, my husband felt quite ill, and I knew that he'd be ok even if he needed treatment. The coverage was well worth the cost, even though we did not need to file a claim.

Claim is still pending.

It took a few weeks and a couple payments and they asked for documentation that I had already sent them. It would have been better if they had updated me along the way, including notification of when they got my documents. But they did eventually pay on the entire claim.

I didn't need to you use you so how can I rate anything... it was easy getting the policy and the price seemed right. Thank you.
