The best part of the service provided before our trip was the interaction provided by SquareMouth, not by the carrier per se. You do a great job of representing them. Regarding the carriers and their products, frankly I would VERY much have liked to have had the opportunity to "build" the insurance I wanted from a variety of options available to me. The present system you now have on line is a step in that direction, but it is not "there yet" for me. I ended up with coverage for things I did not want and unable to choose among companies willing to provide what I did want. I could give many examples. One is coverage to allow me to come home if a hurricane was about to endanger my HOME (not my destination).
