I contacted them to add an additional day to my trip and modify the insurance amount. The process was simple and fast. The person on the phone was very professional, cordial and very efficient. I'm very happy with the service.

I had a flight cancelation that cost us additional $1,200 when I contacted the claim department they said it is not covered. I am a world traveler, and I am very disappointed in the policy I purchased through your company. I will not use your services in the future.

I did not go on my trip as I broke my wrist before departure. I received partial refund from Vacations to Go and several form letters from Trawick during and after filing claim. No response to my correspondence. I called Squaremouth and have a phone meeting. Scheduled for next week. Not very happy with Trawick response to date.
