Their customer service sucks, it has been a week with no response to an emailed question. I'll never use them again. If BRK doesn't back it I'm not using it.
My trip was delayed because of Covid in 2021 and I was able to carry a credit for the insurance to use it this year. Everything went smoothly.
Due to Covid, the date of my tour changed after purchasing my policy. A phone call to Trawick International gave me a friendly agent who quickly and efficiently changed the dates without hesitation.
Representative was friendly to deal with. It should be explained to customers that this is secondary insurance.
Ability to speak to a real person was very important. Trawick was available for questions.

I have using Trawick for several years but I have never needed to file a claim.
I contacted Trawick International through the internet and filed the claim for the cancelation of the trip. I sent all of the requested
information and attachments that they needed to complete the claim filing. I have not received any information back from Trawick
to date. That has been about 5 weeks ago that I submitted the claim. Please let me know what information is available on processing
