Trawick customers appreciate the value for money offered by the policies and the ease of modifying them before a trip. However, some travelers report difficulty reaching customer service, particularly after filing a claim.
When I submitted my claim in May I was told it would be at least 2 months before they could get to my claim. After 2 months they still indicated a backlog and had not reviewed my claim. I have not heard from them since. Not happy with this company.

They took months after I issued my claim. After I complained to Square Mouth they immediately refused my claim. I would not recommend using them.
Fortunately, I did not require any medical assistance. Unfortunately, that is not held to my financial benefit in future coverage years.
I’m still waiting on someone to return my call and email on my claim. I am unable to speak to anyone and the process seems slower than normal
I loved being able to get a person on the phone when I called. Thankfully I did not need to file any claims but it gave me a piece of mind knowing that if something went wrong I could pick up the phone and actually get a person.

All the necessary information for the claim was filed in late March/early April (hospital bills/doctor bills, tour company invoice, etc.) and we finally received the trip reimbursement payment in mid-August! I understand travel insurance companies have been very busy, particularly with COVID-related claims, but our cancellation had nothing to do with COVID.
