Trawick customers appreciate the value for money offered by the policies and the ease of modifying them before a trip. However, some travelers report difficulty reaching customer service, particularly after filing a claim.
Trip canceled due to a positive Covid test prior to boarding ship. Claim submitted immediately however they are experiencing a “high volume” of claims so I’ve been waiting for a response.
I needed to add additional coverage once I purchased flights -- I wanted to know I was covered for COVID and for flight cancellations.
Customer service from Trawick was fast, conscientious, and made everything easy from start to finish, giving me confidence that if I had a problem, they would be there.
I will definitely use Squaremouth and Trawick again.
Policy comparison was really easy on Squaremouth, would use it again. We felt Trawick International had the best policy for our needs. We didn't need to make a claim, but on our next journey I would look to using them again, they had the right combo of policy features for us. When I had to contact the Customer Service I got them right away and the person was nice and quickly answered my question.
I processed a claim over four weeks ago and I still have heard nothing back yet. Every time I try to email they just say they have a high volume of claims.
When I submitted my claim in May I was told it would be at least 2 months before they could get to my claim. After 2 months they still indicated a backlog and had not reviewed my claim. I have not heard from them since. Not happy with this company.

They took months after I issued my claim. After I complained to Square Mouth they immediately refused my claim. I would not recommend using them.
Fortunately, I did not require any medical assistance. Unfortunately, that is not held to my financial benefit in future coverage years.
I’m still waiting on someone to return my call and email on my claim. I am unable to speak to anyone and the process seems slower than normal
I loved being able to get a person on the phone when I called. Thankfully I did not need to file any claims but it gave me a piece of mind knowing that if something went wrong I could pick up the phone and actually get a person.
Before my trip every time I had a question they were always quick and helpful to answer it
