Got Covid on the trip. Incurred expenses.

The site was easy to use. The number of policies available was great. I was able to find a policy with good coverage that was within my budget

I had one question about coverage; quickly got to a representative and she answered. Very satisfied.

Good value, and customer service has been really helpful to answer all questions regarding the policy chosen which helped with that decision process.

Fortunately, I did not need to use the insurance. Trip occurred as planned!

I filed a claim as soon as I got home because I missed the entire festival I was traveling for due to COVID. I haven't heard anything about the status of my claim (beyond the confirmation email I got when I filed). There's no information about it on the customer portal.

Had a flawless experience. Due to a mistake on my part I needed to extend the trip insurance 1 day and it was handled easily.

Spoke to Rusty to clarify how to proceed and she was very helpful.

Trawick International was a quick and easy way to get travelers insurance. Everyone was so knowledgeable and the plan was very affordable!

Haven't heard back on my claim submission.

They said to expect to wait a long time for my claim to be reviewed. Not good service!
