Not particularly responsive from a timeliness perspective to processing claims. Told
me could be 60+ days before my claim is processed. Web submission form for the claim did not function properly and only captured and submitted the first line of the expenses expanding table, and caused me to incur additional work to correct.

We made our trip as planned, so did not need to make a claim. I appreciate that you have followed up to ask about the trip.

Will use again...excellent service!

I booked a Princess transfer bus from Vancouver to Seattle Airport. The bus transfer got us to the airport late and we missed our flight and had to book another flight for that evening. So I think this case falls into Trip Interruption category.

I was not able to get to my cruise on time due to flight delays. I file my claim 2 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING.

I had to call several times to get clarification on my policy and what paperwork I needed to file a claim correctly after a covid trip interruption. Everyone I talked to was fabulous and helpful and kind and understanding and patient and explained things clearly and well... Great customer service overall!!! Now I just hope the process of filling and processing my claim is just as easy and wonderful and understanding and helpful!

I called the Trawick International help line from the airport after the airline canceled my flight home. The Representative was very nice and helpful. It was reassuring to know that I would be reimbursed for expenses caused by the flight cancelation.

When I found out I needed to extend y policy by a day, your representative was very helpful and pleasant.
