A friendly, helpful agent online helped me to decide which was the best policy for my needs. Once that was done, it was easy to order my policy through my computer.

The purchase of the policy was very easy. The ability to file a claim is non-existent. The website to file a claim does not function. You can not register on the site to file a claim. I have communicated via email with Trawick and they say to use the website. However, the website does not function. You can not register on the site to file a claim whether on my iPhone, iPad or PC Desktop.

It is always good to know that trip insurance has our back if something unexpected happens. We thank the Lord that nothing unexpected happened on this trip.

Your Covid comments before the survey were amusing. Covid has morphed in to a mild 24 hour virus. Never impacted our thoughts, much less our trip.

Uneventful -- which is good!

We did not need to make a claim. However, the two back-to-back tours we originally purchased insurance for were both canceled by operators and we needed to make adjustments to the countries visited and the dates of travel. Trawick provided prompt customer service and issued updated ID cards and documents. I would also comment that the Squaremouth website was very helpful in sorting through the wide variety of travel insurance options.

Caught Covid January 2022 and my flight back to the USA was interrupted for a few days. Eventually got home and filed my claim. Took about 4 months, but got it all back plus interest.
