Filed a claim and haven’t heard back from them. Not even a confirmation that it was received and it’s been 2 weeks.

well i tried to use my insurance policy because i was injured and i went to Clark medical center in Angeles city only to be told that the insurance would not be accepted so i wish i could be refunded the money i paid for this worthless insurance policy and my time and further more i would not recommend this insurance company to my family and friends enough said

Other than the fact that I contracted type A influenza while we were gone, and also had a horrendous United flight from Denver to Tampa, the trip was great.

I spoke to a rep on the phone when selecting coverage who was VERY helpful, patient and courteous. Gratefully, my entire trip went as planned and I did not need to make a claim. I will consider this company again when planning my next trip.

I appreciated they did respond 24/7 and that the representatives gave their names and were real people. Over 6 days I dealt with the same 2 or 3 people so they knew what was going on.

After I purchased my travel insurance policy online I realized that I had given the wrong return date. I immediately called and the woman who took my call was great. She didn’t just correct my mistake but was so helpful and nice. I loved talking to her.

I purchased this policy because it offered some reimbursement for Covid-related trip interruptions. Unfortunately, both my husband and I tested positive while we were in Iceland. So that required my contacting Trawick once we arrived home (yesterday).
Upon our delayed return, I contacted Squaremouth (where policy was purchased), and the representative immediately got me connected to Trawick. That telephone representative was exceptional. She listened to my travel issue "saga" with patience. She then assured me that we were likely entitled to refund on many of the additional expenses we incurred due to testing positive and being required to quarantine in Iceland. She also offered to email me specific instructions and the form necessary to submit this certificate. She was very pleasant and reassuring.
As soon as we recover from both the effects of COVID and jet lag, we will complete the necessary documentation and return the details to Trawick.
