I am very happy with your promise of coverage. While I didn't use your services, I certainly will be coming back to you for my future travel insurance needs.

I called after testing positive for covid and had to leave the cruise boat to get some direction from Trawick. I was told to make sure to get a doctor's note and keep all receipts. That was it. I guess I had hoped for more than that.

I had a wonderful trip! My pre travel experience with your insurance broker was excellent. I am happy to recommend your insurance company to my fellow Canadians.

I had to cancel my trip due to an accident, so I did not have a departure set.
I had no problem using Squaremouth to find a travel insurance policy.
I hope my claim with Trawick/Nationwide goes as smoothly.

I did not appreciate that the policy we had from only one year prior increased quadruple in premium. Granted, we were one year older, but our medical status was the same.
