    Everything was very easy. It was good to have the peace of mind. It was for a school trip - they ended up changing the dates and destination to accommodate Covid-19 restrictions and it was easy to make the change.

    I have been unable to reach anyone at CBP by phone so I tried to work through its online system. PROBLEM 1: I could not register because The Electronic Authorization Form did not allow me to accept the conditions. PROBLEM 2: When I tried to submit my claim without registering the website told me that (a) no forms were available and (b) that electronic submission was not possible at this time. Please advise on how I can have my claim processed! VERY FRUSTRATING

    This will be the last time I will buy anything from this insurance company, I file a small claim (less than $120) for a medical policy back in December 2021, and despite constant emails and follow up, they kept saying they are backlogged and 4 months later no reimbursements.
    Travelers beware, Do Not assume you are buying peace of mind, They will not process your claim and you will not have insurance!!!

    I searched for the proper form on their web site and sent in my medical bills. I was not certain if I would have additional bills in the USA and stated that fact.
    About 3 weeks later I received a check covering the out of country bills.
    No cover letter or mention to contact them if I had additional bills.

    Trawick International policy: Safe Travels Journey

    The customer service is absolutely horrible.
    Trawick / CBPconnect never answers the phone, I have been on permanent hold each time I call in.
    I finally spoke with customer service representative Terry on 3/29/22 who promised that a Manager would call me back, and they never did
    I cannot even find out the status of my claim on-line at CBPconnect.com

    It is totally inexcusable to have this poor customer service and claim management process.
    Covid is no longer an excuse...hire more people to efficiently and quickly manage claims.
    And fix the CBPconnect website so claim status can be viewed at any time.

    Yes, Please call me ASAP to resolve this very frustrating process and my claim.

    I choose the policy because of the price and the fact it offered everything I needed. It didn't offer 100% of my coins back but atleast if I needed the policy I wouldn't be completely out of my money. Thankfully I didn't need it and everything went smoothly.

    My experience with Trawick has not been great. The international phone number did not work from Iceland, so I was not able to connect to them when one of our bags was delayed >24 hours. We did submit a claim but have been told it will take a long time for them to respond to us because they are too busy. It was really disconcerting not to be able to contact our travel insurance company when there was actually a problem. I would not use them again.
