Hi I’ve been a bit disappointed with the communication from the other company. I sent all the documentation as my meeting was canceled in Italy. I received two blank emails from them that they said were accidental and that did not give me any confidence in them. Then I finally got a follow up about a month after I filed my claim asking for two other documents. Suffice it to say I think the communication is not great with this group and I would not use them in the future. I am still waiting to hear back but they don’t even provide the courtesy of acknowledging when they get documents or what the status of the claim is at.
Trawick has some delay in processing claim. Claim was acknowledged as being filed within 24 hrs but follow up for details of medical event has not occurred yet, over a week ago.
Our first flight was cancelled and you helped immediately change the travel dates with no extra charge. Extremely relieved considering the stressful time

E-mail sent for request for review of denial was never answered computer generated "automatic" requests for information very
unhelpful. However the claim check was eventually sent
As in the past, we found SquareMouth easy to work with and made it easy for us to understand the policy. Next trip we will again contract with SquareMouth.
This is actually a Win Win for everyone!
The price of $65 dollars was very reasonable for a 30 day stay! Even if Covid 19 never happened it should be a world wide thing.
Why? Everyone including Trawick can go on vacation and everyone needs to be prepared! How? the answer is so obvious what happens if anyone got sick unexpectedly? People need to be prepared and protected from any illness that requires medical assistance!
People living in one country usually don't have health insurance that covers them in other countries. What I think Trawick should do is advertise more not just on the internet but on tv commercials, raise public awareness that people should protect themselves with an affordable health coverage for peace of mind.
