I had two incidents where I needed the incurance but until today no one has come back to me about a claim form or any assistance ! Would be great if I still can claim
I did not renew as no one tryed to help me

On hold never talked to a person.
Have placed a clam with the airline. If we don't receive compensation from the airline, we will be placing a clam with you.

E-mail sent for request for review of denial was never answered computer generated "automatic" requests for information very
unhelpful. However the claim check was eventually sent

As in the past, we found SquareMouth easy to work with and made it easy for us to understand the policy. Next trip we will again contract with SquareMouth.

This is actually a Win Win for everyone!
The price of $65 dollars was very reasonable for a 30 day stay! Even if Covid 19 never happened it should be a world wide thing.
Why? Everyone including Trawick can go on vacation and everyone needs to be prepared! How? the answer is so obvious what happens if anyone got sick unexpectedly? People need to be prepared and protected from any illness that requires medical assistance!

People living in one country usually don't have health insurance that covers them in other countries. What I think Trawick should do is advertise more not just on the internet but on tv commercials, raise public awareness that people should protect themselves with an affordable health coverage for peace of mind.

The agent was very informative with a good explanation of what plan options may be beneficial based on my trip plans and health/COVID concerns. The process was easy insurance plan provided a good summary of what was included and a detailed description of how to place a claim if needed. I fortunately did not have to file a claim. Someone in our group did not choose the trip delay option and wishes they did since their flight was canceled and caused them to rent a car to get home, an added $1,200 cost! The trip delay may have helped offset the costs alittle.
I would recommend the insurance particularly with COVID and so many unknowns of traveling these days.

Easy to use and provides a peace of mind when traveling

Everything was very easy. It was good to have the peace of mind. It was for a school trip - they ended up changing the dates and destination to accommodate Covid-19 restrictions and it was easy to make the change.
