The insurance personel we're very knowledgeable and gave great details on what my insurance plan covered. They were able to make changes as the price change to my trip and add another person for coverage. Everytime I call and ask questions pertaining to policy the agents gave broad details of information.

It was easy to purchase and the price seemed good for the benefits it would provide if we had needed to file a claim. Fortunately we did not need to file a claim, but got to enjoy our vacation with no incident. Having insurance gave us a sense of peace leading up yo and during our vacation, knowing we were covered during thia unstable time for travelling.

My wife was hit by another skier and her knee. She had to go to medical. It was not serious. Grade 1 MCL sprain . They taped it up and she only missed one day of skiing. We were UNABLE to reach anyone with Trawick Int'l while there in France, so that was confusing, the international number did not work. WE made contact after returning home to USA and are filing a claim now. Also we had to go to medical the day before our flight home and had to pay $40 euro each for Covid tests, required to get on the plane in Geneva and get home. Is that also a covered expense?

Our only interaction was to call and ask questions before we purchased the policy. We reached a rep quickly and they were able to thoroughly answer our questions and confirm what was and wasn't covered. We purchased the policy online and received our materials promptly via e-mail. Luckily we did not need to use the policy as our trip went off without a hitch. Thank you for your service where we can see multiple options and choose the best policy for our needs.

My wife fell during our trip and it was very reassuring that we had travel insurance. She is seeing a doctor now, but seeing a doctor while we were traveling was very good, and aided in her recovery. Policy was easy to select. I had questions and called customer service, they were answered competently. I had faith in the policy should I have needed it.

Quick and easy. I even screwed up our initial trip deposit date, but a quick call to Trawick soon after I purchased the plan fixed everything. I'd recommend for peace of mind.

Cannot file a claim on hild with square mouth and trawick. Given cinfkucting information. Have to file had covid while away had to book another flight home for addirional money. Webaite not wprking cbpconnect. Very frustrating
