Squaremouth and Trawick are good, however at this point it has been2 months since a claim was filed and the only thing we hear is how busy they are. We had to submit in 72 hours yet it’s been 2 months and no response. This is truly the definition of bad service.

I had to change the dates of our vacation and contacted Trawick on a couple of occasions. The customer service rep made the changes to the policy easy and seamless. I got confirmation of the changes almost immediately.
No clear information how to submit a claim. I need to submit a claim and wanted to ask for advice what category is better to submit it under. Called multiple numbers listed on the ID card, including International, nobody cared to even let me ask my (very simple) question, let alone provide an answer, just gave me a runaround. Terrible experience so far.
